- ACT Background and Training
First contact to ACT in the mid-nineties. 1998 initiating ACT workshop with Steve Hayes at Lake Tahoe. Since then continuing education at ABA and ACT conferences. Several workshops with Kelly Wilson, Kirk Strosahl and Patricia Robinson. Participant at the first world congress on ACT/RFT in Linköping 2003 and thereafter at the ACT summer institutes in Reno 2004 and Philadelphia 2005. At the summer institutes I have presented a workshop on ACT training with the "supported role-play method". Together with one of my dauhghters I have translated the ACT book into German; it has been published under the title "Akzeptanz- und Commitment-Therapie: Ein erlebnisorientierter Ansatz zur Verhaltensänderung" by CIP-Medien, Munich, in 2004.
