I have been interested in ACT since 2000 and was introduced to contextual behavioural approaches (such as FAP) during my clinical training in Western Australia 1994 - 1995. I have attended a number of ACT experiential workshops, ACT/RFT Summer Institutes II & IV, and presented papers at the ACT/RFT World Conference 2006, ACT SI IV 2008, and ACT World Conference III. I am conducting ACT-relevant research in the area of psychosis at the Institute of Psychiatry, King's College, London. I have run regular training workshops in ACT and mindfulness-based approaches to psychosis and teach on this for several courses at King's College and other London universities.
I have been using ACT in my clinical work for 9 years.
