I have specialized in cognitive-behavioral therapy and ACT, with a strong emphasis on
mindfulness, acceptance, and compassion. I have published several articles, presentations
and book chapters on mindfulness and psychotherapy. Currently working on research in mindfulness and compassion. I conduct therapy, supervision, and workshops on CBT, mindfulness, acceptance
and compassion.
