I have a strong interest in ACT and I am attending a three day workshop in ACT with Kelly Wilson in Oxford Uk.

I'm currently studying CBT in the UK. I have previously trained (MSc) in psychodynamic psychotherapy (finishing in 2002). I have been working in substance misuse in London for the last four years.
