Hello,
I am an intern at the New Mexico State University counseling center. I have been working here for about 2 months now and have a great split of clients. I am at the point of looking for more fomal training. I have had great success finding ACT training. (Kudos to the web folks for getting the info out) I have seen several postings relating IBCT to ACT as a contextual approach to working with couples. However, I am having trouble finding training. Can anyone help me by pointing me in the direction of good training experiences such as workshops, especially if you have had good experiences.
Thanks,
Andrew O'Neall

The Oregon Psychological Association is hosting a one day training by Andew Christensen on December 7, 2007 in Portland, OR. If you come to Oregon and are interested in talking ACT, let me know and maybe we can have lunch that day, since I'll be attending. Andrew Christensen is a great presenter in case you haven't seen him. Here's the link to the workshop (http://opa.org/calendar.cfm).
