In this 2day conference and workshop, an introduction to ACT to clinicians in Spain organised by Instituto ACT (Spain), will be presented.

4. ACT philosophy in the context of third wave of behavior therapy.
5. Core components of ACT. The problem of control, clarifying what is important (values) and accepting private events.
6. Clinical Methods and practice for coping beginning of problems and for altering chronic psychological problems.
