ACT, RFT and contextual psychology have the potential to make a distinctive contribution at individual, group, inter-group and whole-organisation levels at work.
The distinctive contribution possible arises from the behavioural and functional analytic focus of research as well as the attention to context of behaviour of people at work.
If there is sufficient common interest, sharing questions, hypotheses and responses could form a platform for creating a Special Interest Group for those interested in applying ACT, RFT and contextual behavioural science in work settings.
