The second ACT Oceania Conference will be held in Christchurch, New Zealand over two days. Workshop presenters include Dr Kohlenberg and Dr Tsai (FAP), Dr Patty Bach and Dr Rob Zettle. In this series of 6 classes, participants will be introduced to and will practice the main techniques used in each of the six ACT core therapeutic processes: Acceptance, Experiential Aviodance, Cognitive defusion, Being Present in the moment, Self as Context and Defining Valued directions. Participants may choose to attend one or all of the sessions in service of the development of their competent ACT practice. (Places are limited to 20 participants per session to maximise practical experience in the session.) | ||
