There are email list serves in many languages and for some regions. For those, consult the list of ACT and RFT list serves. To be honest, these are so successful that the forums on this site are not the primary avenue for online discussion. This site is more for materials, notices, and resources.
Some of these ACT and RFT groups are inside other groups. For example, there is an ACT SIG in the British Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Psychotherapy (see below).
